⚠️ Before You Send your controller!

  • You must send us an original Xbox Series or PS5 controller. Customers are responsible for shipping their controllers to us. 
  • You must provide us with their order number, tracking number, and the name used to place the order.
  • We will ship your controller back to you for FREE by UPS.

STEP 1 — Build Your Loadout

Before checking out, make sure your controller is an authentic OEM controller:

  • Xbox Series X|S Controllers (No Xbox One or Elite controllers)

  • PS5 DualSense Controllers (No Edge controllers)


STEP 2 — Pack It Like a Pro
Securely box up your controller and protect it with plenty of padding to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using bubble wrap, and any small shipping box will work.😎.

  • Please ensure that your controller(s) are in good working condition and have not been opened or modified before sending them to us. If you send us an unsupported controller or your controller shows signs that it's been opened or modified, we will cancel your order, return your controller, and you will receive an 80% refund, excluding all fees.

We will not replace your controller’s original shells or buttons unless your build includes a custom design.

STEP 3 — Ship Your Gear

If your order qualifies for FREE Shipping, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label by email. Just use it instead of the instructions below & you're all set!


After your order is processed, we’ll send you an email confirming the successful order and informing you that you can send your controller to us using the address below.

  • We accept packages from UPS, FedEx, and UPS. You can choose the most convenient option for you and send us the tracking number and carrier you used when you shipped your controller(s) to the same email address.

All controllers are built in our private setup to ensure top-tier quality. For our mail-in services, customers ship directly to our P.O. Box for secure handling. This allows us to focus 100% on build quality, detail, and performance, not overhead.
